At Kind Therapy Inc., we believe mental health care should be accessible to all—especially those often left out of traditional systems.
After you receive your 6 free sessions, you’re welcome to continue. We offer both free and affordable therapy at $80/hour through our nonprofit model—one that centers equity, dignity, and care.

Our ethic is loving kindness.
“Khesed” means loving kindness in Hebrew. It was the name we began with—and the heart we’ve carried forward.
Our original name, Khesed Wellness, reflected our deep commitment to radical kindness expressed through sustainable care and community-first solutions. Though our name has changed, that ethic remains the core of Kind Therapy Inc.
We believe in showing up with tenderness and tenacity. In meeting people with dignity. In building systems that care—not just for some, but for all.

We prioritize individuals and communities too often left behind by traditional care systems—including those who are underinsured, navigating systemic barriers, or living at the intersection of multiple forms of marginalization.
Through a nonprofit model grounded in dignity and equity, we deliver high-quality care that meets people where they are—virtually, affordably, and with therapists who reflect the diverse realities of the communities we serve.
